Campfires

A safe campfire is a small contained fire on a non-combustible surface surrounded by non-combustible sides, clear of overhead trees or branches and supervised at all times. Fire suppression equipment should be in close proximity (pails of water or garden hose, sand, shovel). Be conscious of the wind direction and respect your neighbours.

Only clean solid-fuels are allowed to be burnt (wood).

The West Nipissing Fire Service wishes everyone a fire safe summer.
